Medical Supply Line is a HIPPA compliant global marketplace providing thousands of healthcare and medical related products to consumers, baby boomers, care givers and medical professionals.

What makes Medical Supply Line unique is, we support transactions between buyers and seller so we do not compete or discriminate against domestic or internationally branded products. Instead, we provide all manufacturers and suppliers with direct access to buyers in support of lower medical supply costs.

  2. Product Pricing

Unlike most suppliers, Medical Supply Line does not set prices for the products sold through it's marketplace. Prices are set by it's sellers (manufacturers, suppliers, distributors) rather than some artificially inflated number pulled out of the air that adds no value to a buyer or seller transaction. Because we do not set prices our buyers can always be assured they are receiving the best possible price available.

For buyers who require larger quantities, including medical professionals, dealers and wholesalers, we ask that you register so that we may contact you and discuss the products and quantities you require. You may also have your Care Provider or Insurance Provider contact us if you are unsure of what products or quantities you require.

  3. How To Order

To place orders please utilize our marketplace product catalog located in the dark gray bar just below our logo. You may search, select and purchase products at your convenience 24/7. All of our products are available 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year including holidays. To order by mail, fax or email please use the following information:

  4. Sales Tax

Sales tax will be applied to all orders delivered within states that require sales tax for Internet transaction. Sales tax will be assessed at your local rates and will only be applied to all taxable products or services. If you are a reseller, your state resale tax id's will be required.

  5. Payments

For your convenience we accepts Visa, Master Card, Discovery and PayPal. You may also pay by E-check or send your payment to the “How To Order” address above. Please note that it may take 3-4 business days for your check to clear before your order is packaged and shipped. Payments by check that cannot be processed are subject to a $5 service fee.

For larger volume purchases off site transaction may be required. Please contact a company representative and discuss optional terms.

  6. Delivery

All orders submitted by 1:00 PM CST are shipped the same business day (subject to product availability). Due to size or weight restraints, some orders may require additional time and or shipping costs. Normal ground delivery for US orders are 2-5 days, special or custom orders including international orders can take as much as 2-4 weeks. Please email us if you have any questions about your order or shipping time frame. All orders are discretely and safely packaged for your convenience.

  7. Warranties

Medical Supply Line honors all applicable manufacturer and supplier warranties, no questions asked. Please email us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA#). In the case of defective or broken components, only return the defective or broken component parts. Manufacturers may require additional information and you will be contacted as is necessary for additional information.

We will ask for the invoice number, date of purchase, quantity and item numbers. In most cases we will have this information on file. Based on this information, a Return Authorization Label may be faxed or emailed to you (A restocking form may also be required and signed before approved returns).

  8. Returns (RMA)

Due to our participation with manufacturers and suppliers worldwide all merchandise returns are subject to a detailed inspection. Any merchandise unsuitable for resale will not be accepted (Do not adhere labels to packaging). Restocking fees of 25% may be applied to all returns over 30 days old. Returns may not be accepted after 60 days unless manufacturer warranties apply. We will assist with the replacement or repair of defective items depending on manufacturers warranty policies. Upon satisfactory condition, a credit will be issued to your account or Credit Card.
